Concrete Contractor Websites in Seguin, TX
Seguin added about 11,600 people between the 2020 Census and the July 2025 estimate, and every new house needs a driveway, a walk, and usually a patio. We build concrete contractor websites that show your own pours, explain the city’s right-of-way permit for driveway approaches, and collect square footage before you drive out.
A town pouring new driveways.
- Seguin went from 29,433 people in the 2020 Census to an estimated 41,048 in July 2025, up 39.3%. Census QuickFacts
- The city covered 38.28 square miles of land in 2020, up from 34.46 in 2010. Census QuickFacts
- 65.2% of homes are owner-occupied; the median value is $249,400 (2020-2024). Census QuickFacts
Builders need flatwork crews they can schedule, and owners in older parts of town are replacing cracked drives and adding patios. Each group reads a different page, so the site should have both.
Three concrete searches name Seguin.
All three are about finding a contractor, with “contractors” plural showing someone gathering bids. A page with your finished work, the jobs you take, and a fast quote form is how you end up on the short list.

Driveway approaches need a ROW permit.
The City of Seguin requires an approved right-of-way work permit for any work between the private property line and the street, applied for online through its Development Services Portal at least five business days, and no more than 30 days, before work starts. Permits expire after 60 days, and work in the right-of-way runs 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The city’s driveway detail sheet shows 5-inch Class A concrete at 3,000 psi for residential drives, over 4 inches of compacted gravel, crushed rock, or flex base.

Collect what you need to price it.
A good form saves a drive. Ask for the few things that change your number, and nothing else.
Size and use
Rough length and width, and whether it carries a car, a truck, or just foot traffic.
What’s there now
Grass, gravel, or old concrete to break out and haul, with a photo or two.
Access and timing
Whether a truck can reach the spot, any gate width, and when they’d like it poured.
Pick the category that fits the work.
Google asks businesses to choose a primary category that describes the business as a whole, plus a few additional ones, and to pick as few as needed. A flatwork crew is a concrete contractor first; add more only if you really do that work. We set the categories and the services list to match the pages on your site.

What a client said about his website.
One of our clients, Luis Madera, runs Cam Collision, a body shop a short drive up the road in New Braunfels. Concrete isn’t his trade. Below is the Google review he gave us for his website, unchanged:
“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”
What a Seguin concrete contractor pays.
Seguin concrete crews pay $599 for the build, one time. Then $59 a month for Site Care, which every site has; that pays hosting, SSL, backups, and a couple of small edits monthly. Crews that would rather hand off the Google Business Profile take the Get Found Bundle, $799 for month one and $249 per month going forward. A profile setup without the bundle costs $349, or $99 paired with Monthly GBP Management at $199 a month. Month to month, nothing to sign.
Google Business Profile is free from Google. Anyone can create and manage a profile at no cost. Our fees pay for our setup and management work. Working with a third party → (opens in a new tab)
All sales are final. Work starts when payment is received. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime, effective at the end of your paid period. No refunds.

Seguin concrete contractors ask us.
Should I say who pulls the right-of-way permit?
Yes. Homeowners rarely know the approach needs one. Saying you handle it, if you do, answers a question before it’s asked.
Do I post a price per square foot?
Only one you’ll stand by. Otherwise list what moves the price: thickness, finish, access, and what has to come out first.
Builders send me most of my work. Do I need this?
Builders look you up too. A page with your crew size, how to send plans, and recent jobs helps them pick you.
How soon can the site be live?
Usually 5 to 7 business days after we have your photos, answers, and logins.
