Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

Work starts when payment is received. All sales are final. We do not refund setup fees, website build fees, or monthly fees once payment is received, except for a clear billing mistake (a duplicate charge, or a charge made after you already canceled).

Canceling a monthly plan

Monthly plans include GBP Management ($199/mo), GBP + Local SEO ($399/mo), Site Care ($59/mo), and the monthly part of the Get Found Bundle ($249/mo).

No long-term contract. Cancel anytime. Email darren@5wdigitalco.com from the address on your account, or cancel through Stripe if the customer portal is available. We will confirm by email within 1 business day.
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep service until then. You will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
No partial-period refunds. Canceling mid-period does not refund the rest of that period.
Founding Client rate: the $199/month Founding Client price is locked for 12 months from your start date. That is a price lock only—not a term commitment. If you cancel and return later, you rejoin at the then-current rate.
Site Care is required with a website we host. If you cancel Site Care, we stop hosting your site at the end of your paid period. Before then, we will help you move it (see “When you leave”).

Automatic renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically every month on the same date, and your card is charged the amount shown at checkout, until you cancel. We show the recurring amount before you pay. Cancel anytime as described above.

Non-payment

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and Stripe may retry. We may pause service after 14 days past due. We do not charge late fees or interest. A pause never affects your ownership of, or access to, your Google Business Profile or domain.

Things Google controls

Google decides verification, suspensions, rankings, and whether reviews are removed. We do not guarantee rankings, calls, or results. A Google decision by itself does not create a refund. We will still help with re-verification or appeals while you are a client.

When you leave: what is always yours

Your Google Business Profile is always yours. We remove our access whenever you ask, within 7 business days, even if there is a billing question. You can also remove us yourself at any time.
Your domain is always yours. We remove our DNS or helper access when you ask.
Your website: once your website setup fee is paid in full, you own the final site design and content we delivered. On request, we send the site files within 10 business days so you can host anywhere.
If a final monthly report is due, we will send it.
