Landscaping Websites in San Marcos, TX

In San Marcos, the yard you’re hired to keep up often belongs to someone who doesn’t live there. We build landscaping websites that speak to owners and property managers as well as homeowners, show your own work, and take a quote request with the address and a few photos.

San Marcos By The Numbers

A rental town that keeps growing.

  • Only 30.8% of occupied homes are owner-occupied (2020-2024). Census QuickFacts
  • 44,894 people in 2010, 67,553 in 2020, and an estimated 77,830 in July 2025. Census QuickFacts
  • The Hays County seat, with city limits reaching into Caldwell and Guadalupe counties. Wikipedia

Rental yards still need mowing, and leases often say who’s responsible. If you hold maintenance contracts with landlords or HOAs, make that a page of its own: how you schedule, how you bill, and how fast you handle make-ready cleanups between tenants.

How San Marcos Searches

Five San Marcos suggestions passed our filter.

Typing “landscaping company san marcos tx” also pulled up a lot of San Antonio results. That’s a good reason to name San Marcos plainly on your site and profile, not just “Hill Country.”

Google autocomplete suggestions, checked Oct 20, 2026. Suggestions show what people type, not how many.

If You Do Irrigation

Show the license, or skip the sprinklers.

TCEQ licenses landscape irrigators, and a license is needed to sell, design, install, maintain, alter, repair, or service an irrigation system in Texas. Its advertising rule asks for the irrigator’s number, formatted “LI” and the digits, on every form of ad. If your crew fixes heads and leaks under a licensed irrigator, the site says so and shows that number. If not, irrigation stays off the site.

On Your San Marcos Site

What we’d build.

  • A page for landlords, property managers, and HOAs, if you take that work
  • Homeowner pages for design, beds, rock, and sod, only what you do
  • Photos from your own jobs around town, labeled by job type
  • Mowing and cleanup schedules in plain words
  • A request form that asks for the property address and photos
  • Tap-to-call at the top of every page
Google Business Profile

A service-area profile that names San Marcos.

Landscaping crews go to the customer, so the profile usually hides the street address and lists a service area. Google says not to list a P.O. box or mailbox at a remote location as your address. We set the service area to San Marcos and the towns you really work in, add your services, and keep it in line with the site.

Client Review

What a client said about his website.

The review below is from Luis Madera of Cam Collision, a New Braunfels collision shop about 20 minutes south on I-35. His business isn’t landscaping, but his customers size him up online the way yours do. Exactly as he posted it on Google:

“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”

FAQ

San Marcos landscapers ask us.

Most of my customers are landlords. What do they want to see?

Reliability and paperwork: a set schedule, how you report finished work, and how you invoice. A short page with those three answers does more than a gallery.

Should I list the apartment complexes I service?

Only with their permission. Otherwise describe the type and size of properties you handle.

I work San Marcos and Kyle. One page or two?

Start with the town you work most. Add another town page only when there’s something true and useful to say about it.

Do I have to write the pages?

No. Give us a half-hour call, some job photos, and the towns you cover, and the writing is on us.
