How Much Does a Website Cost for an HVAC Company?
With us it’s $599 one time, plus required Site Care at $59 a month. Kept for a full year, that’s $1,307. Here’s every line of the bill, what the build covers, and the license number Texas wants on HVAC advertising.
Four ways to buy, with 12-month totals.
The 12-month numbers are plain math on the listed prices. Monthly plans run month to month, so you pay only for the months you keep.
Website only
$599 once, then $59/month for Site Care. Twelve months: $599 + $708 = $1,307.
Get Found Bundle
$799 up front, then $249/month. Website, Google Business Profile setup, monthly profile management, and Site Care. Twelve months: $3,787.
Profile setup, by itself
$349 one time to set up your Google Business Profile. Nothing monthly unless you add management.
Profile setup + management
$99 setup when you add Monthly GBP Management at $199/month. Twelve months: $99 + $2,388 = $2,487.
What Google charges
Nothing. Google Business Profile is free from Google; our fees pay for our work.
Same for every trade
A heating and air company pays what a plumber or a roofer pays. No city markup either.

What the one-time build fee pays for.
- A design made for heating and air, not a generic template with your logo dropped in
- Mobile-first pages that load fast on a phone in a hot attic
- Click-to-call and an online request form for repair, install, and tune-up calls
- The local SEO basics built into every page
- Live within 5 to 7 business days after we get your content and access
- 2 rounds of revisions, with 5 business days to review each preview

Site Care keeps the lights on.
Site Care is required with the website. It pays for hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, and up to 2 small updates a month. For an HVAC company, a small update might be swapping the summer AC tune-up note for a fall furnace check, or adding a new service town.

Your license number, at no extra charge.
Under 16 TAC §75.71(h), all advertising by air conditioning and refrigeration contracting companies designed to solicit A/C or refrigeration business must include the affiliated licensee’s license number. We put that number in the footer and on the request form of every HVAC site we build. Your proposals and invoices carry their own TDLR requirements under §75.71(i); that paperwork is yours, not the website’s.

Your name, your domain, your profile.
Our terms say you always own your business name, logo, photos, content, Google Business Profile, and domain, and that we never hold a profile or domain back, even over an unpaid bill. Once the setup fee is paid, the final design and content we delivered are yours. Ask, and we send the site files within 10 business days so you can host anywhere.

Five questions for any web designer.
Whoever you hire, get the answers in writing. Google gives the same advice about profile managers: get an official copy of your agreement that clearly lists the services and their costs.
- Is the build fee one time? Or does it come back each year?
- What does the monthly fee cover? Hosting, security, backups, edits, or only some of those?
- Whose name is on the domain? It should be yours.
- How many revision rounds? And what a third round costs.
- What happens when you cancel? Can you take the site files with you?
The pages an HVAC site usually needs.
Price stays $599 whichever of these you pick. We’d build the ones that match the work you want to book, and leave out the rest.
AC repair
The summer page. What you diagnose on the first visit, your service-call fee if you charge a set one, and how fast you can usually get there.
Heating and heat pumps
Winter calls are a different search. Furnace, heat pump, and emergency heat, each in plain words.
Replacement
How you size a system, the brands you install, financing if you really offer it, and what install day looks like.
Maintenance plan
Only if you run one: what’s in each visit, how often, and the price.
Service towns
The cities you send trucks to, named one by one.
About and license
Who answers the phone, who comes to the house, and the ACR license number.
What a client said about his website.
We don’t have an HVAC client review to show yet. Luis Madera owns Cam Collision, a body shop in New Braunfels, and this is his Google review of the website we built him, copied exactly:
“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”

- The 3 fixes we’d start with, most useful first.
