How Much Does a Website Cost for a Landscaper?
A landscaping website from 5W costs $599 one time. Required Site Care is $59 per month, so a full year runs $1,307. Here are all four packages, what’s in the build, and the TCEQ rule if your crew touches irrigation.
Cost now, and cost over a year.
Just the website
$599 plus $59 monthly. A year in: $1,307.
Website and profile, together
Get Found Bundle: $799, then $249 monthly, covering the site, profile setup and management, and Site Care. A year in: $3,787.
Profile setup
$349, once. For crews that want the Google profile fixed first.
Profile setup, then monthly help
$99, then $199 a month for Monthly GBP Management. A year in: $2,487.
Year totals are just the published prices added up. Plans are month to month, so a crew that slows down in winter can stop a plan; it ends at the close of the paid period. The Business Profile itself is free from Google.

What $599 covers for a landscaping company.
- A custom design that shows your yards, not stock photos of someone else’s
- Mobile-first pages, quick to load
- Tap-to-call plus an online quote request with room for the property address and the work wanted
- The local SEO groundwork, included
- Live 5 to 7 business days after your content and access arrive
- Two rounds of revisions, 5 business days to review each one

Use the 2 monthly updates for the calendar.
Site Care, $59 a month and required, pays for the server, the security certificate, backups, and as many as 2 small edits a month. Landscapers often spend them on the season: spring planting, summer watering, fall cleanup, and winter hours.

If you offer irrigation, the LI number goes on the site.
TCEQ’s advertising rule, 30 TAC §344.70(b), covers irrigation ads in every medium, so it reaches your website too. The ad carries the irrigator’s number written as LI followed by the digits. When the ad runs under a company name rather than the irrigator’s own, the licensed irrigator’s name has to appear next to that number. On landscaping sites that list irrigation, we put both in the footer. Same $599.

Line the quotes up the same way.
Google suggests getting an official copy of any agreement with an outside profile manager, listing the services and the costs. Ask web designers for the same, then compare build fee, monthly fee, what monthly includes, revision rounds, and who owns the domain.
Pages a landscaping site usually has.
The build is $599 no matter which of these you choose. Two kinds of customer usually means two front doors.
Design and install
Beds, trees, hardscape, and sod, with project photos and how a consultation works.
Lawn maintenance
Mowing, edging, and seasonal cleanup, with how often you visit.
Irrigation
Only with a licensed irrigator, and with the LI number shown.
Commercial
HOAs and property managers, if you bid that work.
Service area
The towns and neighborhoods you already work in.
Request a quote
A form that asks for the address and the work wanted, so you can price it before you drive out.
What a client said about his website.
No landscaping client has reviewed us yet. Luis Madera, owner of Cam Collision, a New Braunfels body shop, left this Google review of his website, quoted exactly:
“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”

Landscapers ask about cost.
Does a mowing-only crew pay less?
No. One price for every landscaping company, whatever the mix of work.
Why not show average prices?
We don’t have a public source we trust for that, so we list only what we charge.
Can I stop in winter?
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime, and it ends with the paid period.
Do you charge by the size of my crew?
No. The rates are flat, the same for a two-person crew and a bigger company.
Do I need irrigation on the site?
Only if you do irrigation work, and then the LI number has to show.
Any refunds?
No. All sales are final, except an obvious billing error.
