How Much Does a Website Cost for a Roofer?

For a roofing company, our website is $599 once and $59 a month for Site Care, which every site needs. One year: $1,307. Below: the other packages, what each dollar pays for, and one Texas advertising rule every roofing site should respect.

Packages

Roofing website prices, side by side.

$599 + $59/mo

The website, with Site Care. After 12 months you’ve paid $1,307.

$799 + $249/mo

The Get Found Bundle: website, Google Business Profile setup, monthly management, and Site Care. After 12 months: $3,787.

$349

Google Business Profile setup, one time, no monthly charge.

$99 + $199/mo

Profile setup at $99 when you keep Monthly GBP Management. After 12 months: $2,487.

Those totals assume you keep a plan all year. You don’t have to: plans are month to month. Google charges nothing for the profile.

What You’re Paying For

The build, in plain terms.

The $599 covers a custom roofing design, mobile-first pages, click-to-call, an online request form, and the local SEO foundation. Count on 5 to 7 business days from the moment your content and access are both in our hands. You get two revision rounds, and five business days to look over each preview.

Site Care

$59 a month, and why it’s required.

That money runs the server, renews the SSL, keeps backups, and buys up to 2 small edits each month. Roofers tend to spend those edits after a storm: a short note that you’re booking inspections, or a new gallery photo from a finished job.

Texas Insurance Rule

Your site should never offer to cover the deductible.

Texas law (Business and Commerce Code §27.02) treats it as an offense when a contractor advertises or promises that it will cover an insured homeowner’s deductible, whether by paying it, waiving it, absorbing it, or rebating it, unless the insurer consents. The Texas Department of Insurance spells this out for homeowners on its consumer page. When we write a roofing site, the insurance page explains how you help with a claim and leaves the deductible where the law puts it, with the homeowner. No extra charge.

No Surprises

What isn’t on a roofer’s bill.

  1. No contract. Cancel a monthly plan anytime; it ends when the paid period does.
  2. No ad spend from us. We don’t run Google Ads.
  3. No profile fee from Google. The Business Profile is free; you pay us only for our setup or management work.
  4. No refunds either. All sales are final, except a clear billing mistake, so pick the package you actually want.

Ownership

If you leave, you leave with everything.

Per our terms, the business name, logo, photos, content, Google Business Profile, and domain are always yours. We never hold back a profile or domain, even over an unpaid bill, and we remove our access within 7 business days of a request. After the setup fee is paid, the delivered design and content belong to you; the site files come within 10 business days if you ask.

Shopping Around

Make every quote answer the same questions.

Google’s guidance on outside help is to get an official copy of the agreement, with the services and costs spelled out. Ask for that, and ask:

  • Which charges are one time, and which repeat monthly or yearly?
  • Does the monthly fee include edits, or are those billed separately?
  • Is the domain registered to you?
  • Can you leave with the site files, and how soon?

Page Plan

What a roofing site is made of.

Same $599 for any mix of these. Leave out what you don’t do; a roofer who never touches metal shouldn’t have a metal-roof page.

Replacement

Tear-off to cleanup, step by step, with the materials you install.

Repairs and leaks

Small jobs, with how soon you can usually look at a stain on the ceiling.

Storm and hail

What happens after a storm, in order, and how you work with a homeowner’s claim.

Inspections

What you check and what the homeowner gets afterward, such as photos or a written summary.

Warranty

Your workmanship warranty in writing, plus any manufacturer program you’re certified in.

Gallery

Finished roofs from your own crews, labeled by town.

Client Review

What a client said about his website.

We haven’t got a roofing review to share. The one we do have is from Luis Madera of Cam Collision, a body shop in New Braunfels, about the website we built him. Exactly as he wrote it:

“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”

FAQ

Roofers ask about price.
