Website Design for HVAC Companies

Heating and air is two businesses a year: AC in summer, heat in winter. A good HVAC site changes with the season, shows the ACR license number Texas asks for, and makes calling easy from a hot attic or a cold kitchen.

Two Seasons, One Site

Swap the front page, not the whole site.

We set up the homepage so the lead message can change with the weather. Site Care covers up to 2 small updates a month, which is enough to trade a summer AC note for a fall furnace note.

Summer

AC repair and no-cool calls up top, with your service-call details if you charge a set fee.

Fall

Furnace and heat pump checks, before the first cold snap.

Winter

No-heat calls, emergency hours if you work them.

Spring

Tune-ups and replacements, financing only if you truly offer it.

16 TAC 75.71

The ACR number belongs on the site.

Texas rule 16 TAC §75.71(h) says all advertising by air conditioning and refrigeration contracting companies designed to solicit A/C or refrigeration business must include the affiliated licensee’s license number. We place it in the site header and footer and next to the request form.

Hours That Match Google

Seasonal and special hours, kept in step.

Google’s guidelines cover seasonal hours, special hours for holidays, and marking a business temporarily closed. Whatever you set on your Google Business Profile, we mirror on the site, so a customer never sees two different answers.

Building Blocks

Pages an HVAC site is made of.

  • A no-cool and no-heat page, written so a worried homeowner knows what to check before calling
  • Install and replacement pages that explain sizing visits without promising savings numbers
  • A maintenance plan page only if you sell one, with what each visit covers
  • Commercial rooftop work on its own page, if you take it, for property managers
  • Your ACR license number and insurance note near the form
  • Town pages for the places your vans actually go
The Thermostat Page

Write for the person staring at a warm vent.

Someone searching for AC repair on a July afternoon wants two things: a sign you can come soon, and a hint whether it’s something simple. We write that page with you, using your own words for the quick checks you’d give over the phone.

  1. Quick checks first. Your list, not ours: thermostat setting, the breaker, a clogged filter, whatever you’d tell a caller to look at before you roll a truck.
  2. When to stop and call. Ice on the lines, a burning smell, water where it shouldn’t be. Again, your judgment, written plainly.
  3. What the first visit looks like. Who shows up, roughly how long a diagnosis takes, and whether you charge a trip fee.
  4. How to book. The phone number, tap to call, and the short form for people who’d rather type.
What We Leave Off

Claims we won’t write for you.

Savings percentages

No “cut your bill 40%” lines unless a manufacturer publishes the number and you’re quoting it with the source.

Brand badges you don’t hold

Dealer logos go up only if you’re an authorized dealer for that brand.

Financing you don’t offer

If there’s no lender behind it, there’s no financing banner.

Same-day promises

Only if you really keep a truck open for same-day calls in the hot months.

Client Review

What a client said about his website.

We don’t have a heating and air client review yet. Luis Madera owns Cam Collision, a body shop in New Braunfels; this is his Google review of the website we built for him, quoted exactly:

“I have owned a business for 6 years now and never made a website for two reasons, one I have been luck enough to stay busy and the other is because I'm extremely picky with work that I provide and received. Darren built me a website that was just perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was looking for and more. I am glad it took me 6 years to get one. Any sooner and I would have missed out on his talent. Thanks again”
